14-Day Delivery Guarantee
We put money behind our onboarding timeline.
The Guarantee
Your first AI helper will be live in production within 14 calendar days of your signed agreement. If we miss that deadline, your first month's plan fee is refunded in full, so you pay nothing for that month.
When the Clock Starts and Stops
The 14 days begin on the date you sign the service agreement and your setup fee clears. The clock pauses only while we are waiting on something we cannot proceed without — system access or credentials, an approval, or a decision from you — and resumes the day we receive it. We will tell you in writing each time the clock pauses, so there are no surprises about the deadline. Delays caused by a third-party vendor's outage or a platform's own approval process also pause the clock.
What the Guarantee Covers
It covers the monthly plan fee for your first month only. The one-time setup fee is separate and is not refunded under this guarantee, because that work has been performed. The guarantee applies to your first AI helper going live — not to every helper on your plan, which roll out over time. You do not need to file a claim: if we miss the date, we issue the refund ourselves, to the payment method you used.
Refund Policy
We keep it simple and fair.
Setup Fees
Fully refundable within 48 hours of payment — as long as onboarding hasn't started. Once we've had the discovery call or begun any integration work, the setup fee is non-refundable. (That work is real, and it starts immediately.)
Monthly Fees
The current month's fee is non-refundable once the billing period has started. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
Free Assessments & Consultations
No charge — no refund applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Month-to-month means what it says. No tricks, no penalties.
- Cancel any time by emailing sales@tvpteam.com or calling 865-258-7903.
- Cancellations received before your next billing date take effect immediately — no further monthly charges.
- Cancellations received after the billing date take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No cancellation fees. No penalties. No gotchas.
We'll confirm your cancellation in writing within one business day.
Government Contracting Services
These terms cover our government contracting work. They sit alongside the Terms of Service below; where the two differ on a government engagement, this section governs.
Fixed-Fee Services
The following are one-time or recurring fixed fees, quoted and agreed before work starts: Capability Statement $197 (and $197 for each additional version); SAM.gov Registration & UEI $597, with annual renewal at $297; Bid & Opportunity Monitoring $297 per month, month-to-month, and provided at no charge for the duration of an active proposal engagement; Proposal Review $497 single-volume and $997 multi-volume federal; Bid-Ready Sprint $2,497, payable in full at the start.
Advisory and consulting work outside a fixed-fee engagement is billed at $250 per hour, one-hour minimum, in 30-minute increments thereafter, agreed in writing before the time is incurred.
Government Timelines Are Not Ours
Several steps in these services depend on government systems and government decisions. SAM.gov entity validation routinely takes up to ten business days and can take considerably longer where records require correction. SBA certification decisions run on their own schedules. Where a delivery window is stated — including the four weeks quoted for the Bid-Ready Sprint — that window measures our working time. It pauses while we are waiting on a government system or decision, and we will tell you in writing each time it pauses and each time it restarts. We do not promise dates that belong to a third party, and no fee is refundable on the basis of a government delay.
Refunds and Cancellation on Fixed-Fee Services
Fixed fees are fully refundable within 48 hours of payment provided work has not started. Once we have held the kickoff call or begun preparing your materials, the fee is non-refundable, because the work is delivered as documents rather than over time. Bid & Opportunity Monitoring may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice; we do not refund part-months. If we conclude that a service will not help you, we will tell you and refund you in full regardless of stage.
Proposal Review — Guarantee and Scope
The guarantee. If a proposal we reviewed is rejected by the awarding body as non-responsive, or is otherwise excluded from evaluation, on the basis of a compliance defect that fell within the scope of our review and that we did not identify in our written findings, we will refund your review fee in full and prepare your next response to a comparable solicitation at no charge. The guarantee covers compliance defects we were engaged to find. It does not cover material changed or added after our findings were delivered, requirements introduced by an amendment issued after our review, information withheld from us, submission errors on your side such as a missed portal deadline, or an unsuccessful outcome on the merits — a compliant proposal can still lose, and often does.
No contingent fee on a review. A proposal review is a flat fee. Where TVP has reviewed a proposal drafted by you, TVP takes no commission, percentage, success fee or other contingent payment on any resulting award, whether or not the proposal is successful.
Escalation to a writing engagement. If, following a review, you engage TVP to rewrite or substantially author the response, that becomes a contingency proposal engagement under the section below, and the review fee you have already paid is credited in full against the first invoice under that engagement.
Contingency Proposal Work — the 10%
Proposal and RFP writing is performed on contingency. If the proposal is not awarded, you owe us nothing for the writing.
What the fee is calculated on. Our fee is 10% of awarded value. For a definite-quantity award, awarded value means the total price of the award including exercised options, as and when options are exercised. For a subcontract or other sub-award we facilitate, the same 10% applies to the value of that sub-award. For an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract, a blanket purchase agreement, a master agreement or any other vehicle that carries a ceiling rather than a guaranteed quantity, the fee is calculated on actual orders placed against the vehicle, never on the ceiling, and becomes due as those orders are placed.
When it is payable. Invoices are issued once the awarding body has begun disbursement, and payment schedules are aligned to the agency's own terms (typically net-30 or net-60 of disbursement), so that you are not out of pocket before the contract revenue reaches you.
Retainers. On large multi-volume pursuits we may ask for a partial retainer before work starts. Where we do, the amount is set in the engagement letter and is credited in full against the contingency fee on award. If the pursuit is not awarded, the retainer is not refunded, as it covers work already performed.
Scope. The contingency covers writing, compliance and submission of the pursuit named in the engagement letter. It does not cover protests, disputes, contract administration or performance after award.
Contingent Fees and FAR 52.203-5
Federal solicitations and contracts above the simplified acquisition threshold, other than those for commercial products or commercial services, include FAR 52.203-5, Covenant Against Contingent Fees. Under that clause the contractor — that is, you, not us — warrants that no person or agency has been retained to solicit or obtain the contract upon an agreement for a contingent fee, other than a bona fide employee or a bona fide established commercial or selling agency maintained for the purpose of securing business.
TVP operates as a bona fide established commercial agency. We are engaged to prepare proposals on their merits. We do not exert, offer to exert, or hold ourselves out as able to exert any influence over any government employee, contracting officer or evaluator, and we do not represent that we can obtain any contract other than through the quality and compliance of the response submitted. Our fee is for proposal preparation work actually performed.
Our engagement does not, by itself, trigger a lobbying disclosure: we are not a registrant under the Lobbying Disclosure Act and we make no lobbying contact on your behalf, so Standard Form LLL under FAR 52.203-11 is not required on account of our work. Standard Form 119, the Contractor’s Statement of Contingent or Other Fees, was cancelled in 1997 and no longer exists. You nonetheless remain responsible for any representation, certification or disclosure your own solicitation requires in respect of fees and commissions. We will provide, on request and without charge, a written description of our engagement suitable for that purpose. If you are in any doubt about how the clause applies to a specific procurement, obtain advice from a government contracts attorney — we are proposal writers, not counsel, and nothing in these terms is legal advice.
Bid-Ready Sprint — Credit Against a First Award
Where you have purchased a Bid-Ready Sprint and subsequently engage us for contingency proposal work, the Sprint fee of $2,497 is credited against our commission on the first engagement that results in an award, provided that:
(a) the engagement letter for that proposal work is signed within twelve months of the date you signed your Sprint engagement letter; and
(b) our commission on that single award is at least $2,497. At our 10% rate this means a single award of approximately $25,000 or more.
The credit applies once, to one engagement. Commissions arising from separate awards are not aggregated to reach the $2,497 threshold, and an unused or partially-used credit does not carry forward to a later award. Where the first awarded engagement produces a commission below $2,497, no credit applies to it and the Sprint fee remains payable in full. An engagement that does not result in an award does not consume the credit; the credit remains available to the next engagement signed inside the twelve-month window.
Worked examples, at our 10% rate: a $15,000 award produces a $1,500 commission, which is below the threshold, so no credit applies and you pay the $1,500. A $25,000 award produces a $2,500 commission, so the full $2,497 is credited and you pay $3. A $100,000 award produces a $10,000 commission, so the full $2,497 is credited and you pay $7,503.
