What does business automation for a small business actually cost?
TVP runs $297/mo (AI Admin Assistant), $697/mo (AI Office Manager), or $1,497/mo (AI Back Office), each with a one-time setup fee. For comparison, hiring an admin assistant runs about $4,350 to $5,640 a month once you add payroll taxes and benefits — and you still have to manage them. All plans are month-to-month.
How is this different from buying AI tools myself?
A tool is software you have to learn, prompt, and maintain. TVP is a service — we pick the tools, wire them into QuickBooks, Gmail, your scheduler and your CRM, and operate them every day. You don't log into anything new and you don't write prompts.
How long before something is actually running?
Two weeks from signed agreement to your first live AI helper. Discovery call within 48 hours of signing, integration work in days 2 through 4, first helper live by end of week one.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Your first AI helper is live within 14 days of your signed agreement, or that month's plan fee is free — credited automatically on your first invoice. The clock pauses only while we're waiting on system access or a decision from you, and we tell you in writing each time it does. The one-time setup fee isn't covered by the guarantee.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. There's no annual commitment and no early termination fee. We also cap onboarding at 8 new clients a month so every setup gets done properly.
