How long does onboarding take?
Two weeks from signed agreement to first live AI helper. Day 1 is a 60-minute discovery call. Days 2 and 3 we map your existing stack and identify the top two AI helpers to wire in first. Day 4 we make real OAuth/API connections to your actual tools — not sandbox accounts. By Day 5 your first AI helper is live in production. Weeks 2 through 4 we layer in additional helpers as they prove out.
Do you work with businesses outside Texas?
Yes. Most of our clients are remote across the United States. We work over Zoom and integrate with whatever stack you already use — QuickBooks, Gmail, HubSpot, Stripe, Slack, Google Workspace, and more. We're based in Austin, Texas, but the service is fully remote.
