Service Plans & Pricing
All plans are month-to-month. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

14-Day Delivery Guarantee
We put money behind our onboarding timeline.
The Guarantee
Your first AI helper will be live in production within 14 calendar days of your signed agreement. If we miss that deadline, your first month's plan fee is waived — we credit it in full and you pay nothing for that month.
When the Clock Starts and Stops
The 14 days begin on the date you sign the service agreement and your setup fee clears. The clock pauses only while we are waiting on something we cannot proceed without — system access or credentials, an approval, or a decision from you — and resumes the day we receive it. We will tell you in writing each time the clock pauses, so there are no surprises about the deadline. Delays caused by a third-party vendor's outage or a platform's own approval process also pause the clock.
What the Guarantee Covers
It covers the monthly plan fee for your first month only. The one-time setup fee is separate and is not waived under this guarantee, because that work has been performed. The guarantee applies to your first AI helper going live — not to every helper on your plan, which roll out over time. You do not need to file a claim: if we miss the date, we apply the credit ourselves on your first invoice.
Refund Policy
We keep it simple and fair.
Setup Fees
Fully refundable within 48 hours of payment — as long as onboarding hasn't started. Once we've had the discovery call or begun any integration work, the setup fee is non-refundable. (That work is real, and it starts immediately.)
Monthly Fees
The current month's fee is non-refundable once the billing period has started. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations received before your next billing date take effect immediately — no further monthly charges.
- Cancellations received after the billing date take effect at the end of the current billing period.

By engaging The Vision People, L.L.C. for services, you agree to the following terms.
Who We Are
Services are provided by The Vision People, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company located at 2028 E Ben White Blvd #240-1178, Austin, TX 78741.
Payment
Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Wise. Failure to pay within 7 days of the billing date may result in suspension of services.
Client Data & Confidentiality
We treat your business data as confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share client information with third parties, except as required to deliver the services you've hired us for (e.g., connecting to your QuickBooks or Gmail account with your permission).
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the fees paid in the most recent 30-day billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify active clients by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect.
