What's included in each plan?
Every plan includes done-for-you AI integration with your existing tools, ongoing monitoring, runbooks for your team, monthly review calls, and unlimited support requests during business hours. Higher tiers add more concurrent AI helpers, custom workflows, deeper system integrations, and faster response times. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
What are the setup fees for?
Setup covers the first two weeks of work — discovery call, full audit of your existing stack, OAuth/API integrations into your real tools, the first AI helper deployed and live by end of week one, custom runbooks for your team, and a second AI helper deployed in week two. After setup, your monthly fee covers ongoing operation, monitoring, optimization, and rolling out additional helpers as the business needs them.
What if I need more than the plan allows?
We can usually upgrade you mid-month, prorated. AI Admin Assistant covers 1 to 3 jobs and AI Office Manager covers 3 wired together, so if you outgrow the job count that's normally the trigger to move up. AI Back Office is unlimited. If what you need is bigger than any tier, we'll scope a custom engagement instead of pretending a plan fits.
What happens if TVP misses the 14-day deadline?
Your first month's plan fee is waived. We credit it in full on your first invoice — you don't have to file a claim or ask. The 14 days start when you sign and your setup fee clears, and the clock pauses only while we're waiting on system access, an approval, or a decision from you. We notify you in writing each time it pauses. The one-time setup fee isn't covered, since that work has already been done.
How quickly can I get started?
From signed agreement to first live AI helper: typically two weeks. We schedule the discovery call within 48 hours of signing, integration work happens days 2 through 4, the first helper is deployed by end of week one, and the second helper goes live by end of week two.
