What's included in each plan?
Every plan includes done-for-you AI integration with your existing tools, ongoing monitoring, runbooks for your team, monthly review calls, and unlimited support requests during business hours. Higher tiers add more concurrent AI helpers, custom workflows, deeper system integrations, and faster response times. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
What are the setup fees for?
Setup covers the first two weeks of work — discovery call, full audit of your existing stack, OAuth/API integrations into your real tools, the first AI helper deployed and live by end of week one, custom runbooks for your team, and a second AI helper deployed in week two. After setup, your monthly fee covers ongoing operation, monitoring, optimization, and rolling out additional helpers as the business needs them.
What if I need more than the plan allows?
We can usually upgrade you mid-month. Most plan boundaries are around concurrent helper count or workflow complexity rather than hard caps. If your needs are significantly larger than your tier supports, we'll talk through whether to upgrade your plan or build a custom engagement scoped to what you actually need.
How quickly can I get started?
From signed agreement to first live AI helper: typically two weeks. We schedule the discovery call within 48 hours of signing, integration work happens days 2 through 4, the first helper is deployed by end of week one, and the second helper goes live by end of week two.
